This project is enabled by the current release of land in Stage 8 as this includes the extension of Leschenaultia Avenue to the existing roundabout on John Archibald Drive. This extension, now being constructed, will deliver a stylish tree-lined entry statement, ideal for shopping and lifestyle facilities on each side of the avenue.
