Things are moving fast as the timeline for Stage 8 is to hand-over blocks to new owners from October 2026, with house construction to follow immediately with new owners teaming up with one of the quality builders active in Rapids Landing.

In October-December quarter of 2026 the focus will move on to Stage 9 which comprises 35 blocks. Construction of roads and services for Stage 9 will begin shortly.  

The final phase in this current programme at Rapids Landing will be Stages 10 & 11 comprising 70 blocks which are due to be marketed from the third quarter of 2027.
