Blocks in Stage 8 of Rapids Landing are being offered through the Openn Offers process. This is a transparent sales platform that allows buyers to place bids and view activity in real time on the on the block they are interested in.

A total of 22 blocks are being released as site works are completed. There are 5 blocks for sale prior to Christmas 2025, another 13 lots will be released between January and Easter, with the final 4 sites available May 2026.
