Our splendid Marri

Rapids Landing incorporates an array of large marri, jarrah and peppermint trees that grew in the former paddocks. The largest Marri is eye-catching and beautiful. Landscape Architect, Bill James considers it one of the finest specimens in its class and, as a result, a whole park and surrounding residential lots were actually designed around it. The Marri tree it is now a significant feature of the subdivision and will definitely become a local landmark.

Water saving initiative

Rapids Landing is one of the only residential subdivision to introduce mandatory water tanks to every home, and is the first to introduce a developer paid rebate system.

While every home must have a 2500 litre water tank installed, if the tank is increased to a capacity 4500 litres and above, and is connected into the home to the satisfaction of the developer, residents will receive an additional $2000, which would be provided over and above any Government incentive.
